To meet the needs of our clients, we offer a wide array of services addressing the fire protection standards set forth by local and federal law. From a prevention standpoint, we can provide assistance to project managers to make sure that all compliance standards are being met in a timely manner and within the prescribed budget. We are also available to lead public and private training programs to raise awareness of compliance standards and of the prevailing wage laws that protect workers who labor in a Public Works project environment.

During the construction process, we are able to take an active role by conducting investigations at the building site as well as conducting interviews with site workers in either English or Spanish as needed. With employers needing to be aware and in compliance with prevailing wage laws, we can monitor the documentation of the public works construction project to make sure the Davis-Bacon standards are being met.

When wage corrections are needed after work has been done, we are able to investigate the common errors, such as incorrect apprentice ratios or employee misclassification, to determine the source of the problem. In dispute situations, we can compile audits for labor compliance and submit all of the needed reports to the required government organizations. In addition, we are able to make public records available for our local clients with regards to federal and local regulations.
